Staff Accountant
I was born in Canada and moved to California when I was eleven. After graduating from high school, I decided that I was done with the hectic life of the Bay Area and that I needed to rediscover the small town atmosphere in which I grew up. I moved to Arcata to attend Humboldt State University, and the rest is history! I joined the team at Aalfs, Evans & Company as a temporary tax preparer for the tax season of early 2011. I graduated from Humboldt State with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting and began working at Aalfs, Evans & Co. as a full-time Staff Accountant in June of 2011. In my spare time I love to kayak, camp, go to the beach, and spend time with my two “children,” Gracie and Bella. Gracie is my Chihuahua who is full of love and affection, while Bella is my Corgi who is an eternal puppy and always wants to play.
